I have ghosted on all my friends as of a year ago, I barely talk to my family, I barely function as a human being. I come late to work every day and if my boss wasn't from another state I would be fired. I am chronically depressed and so riddled with anxiety that I clench my jaw all day and have forgotten how to relate to people.

But I started lifting again, so that's good.
