Say however you do X amount of kg 5x5. What do I put ? X times 5? Because clearly my actual 5 max rep is higher than that or I wouldn't be able to lift it again for 4 other series.

Run something like starting strength or stronglifts. (I recommend Starting Strength between the two) all it is is doing those lifts 3 times a week snd adding 5lbs each time until you can't add anymore weight. Then you just take 80% of the weight you can't do and work back up. Once you do that three times you move on to a new program. (I recommend Texas Method)

A person like that shouldn't even know his or her 1RM or 5RM or even any RM. That person is so new to lifting that it would be an utter waste of time to try to find some type of rep max because, assuming decent nutrition and rest, that rep max would change the very next week and would benefit far more from doing actual volume instead of testing.
