You have decent muscle insertions for chest and abs. I used to look kind of like you but had a narrower waist. You have good delt genetics for aesthetics. I have an insanely high metabolism like you too. The only weight I can gain is muscle. Work your ass off in the gym and all of your gains will be amazing. 6 days a week, 1 day off. I started to notice my weight go up drastically once I began consistency in the weight room. Start with pull-ups to grow a wider back and shoulders. Bent over rows and mix in some deadlifts. You want you shoulders and lats to be wider and it will instantly make you look WAY better. Do some trap and neck work to fill out upper frame to look like less of a twig. In two years you can actually look pretty decent if you focus on some of the things that are holding you back aesthetically. Also, start working arms 2 times a week, mixing hammer grip. Do about 4 sets of 15 for each variation. Don't stop until your arms BURN. Hate seeing idiots on here talking shit to people that probably have better genetics in the first place than them. Most people here are 5'7" ugly dudes that workout for 5 years and look mediocre. Focus on aesthetics and lowbody strength if you want to be sik cunt brah.
