I like wireless because the cord is behind the neck. It doesn't get caught and fall out all the time. Also buy aftermarket earbuds. The foam kind that you roll, insert and then they expand canceling out noise.

Plantronics makes good ones. But for $60 you are going to be purchasing new ones i na year or so. Better to go all out and spend $100 or so on some quality bluetooth earbuds.

Xiaomi have a great pair of bluetooth sports headphones for around $30. Only thing lacking is the bass but they're plenty loud enough.

If you can't buy good shit, just go without and wait until you can afford a good pair.

Save up, wait a couple weeks/months till you have enough. Get a good pair of bluetooth with good quality sound. They should last you atleast 2 years.

If you get a shitty pair, they will break on you within 3 weeks and they will sound like absolute shit.


I recommend powerbeats bluetooth. Approx $200, but they are sweatproof, decent battery life, and good bass. I've had my pair for a little over 2.5 years.

Get some midrange Sennheiser in-ears, I have the CX400-II and they are incredibly good for the money. Sound quality is tight and if they break within two years you get new ones for free.
