Sorry, SS refers to Starting Strength, a lifting program devised by some guy which pretty much involves 6 months of building lower body for noobs. I never did it, luckily, so I don't even know what it looks like

Just do SL (Stronglifts)... It's more upper body oriented by still will build good base, do it for few months to learn proper form and then decide on what routine you will follow as intermediate... that will depend on your goals/motivation

Do Bulgarian Method. Combine that with 4000 kcal per day, 3 g / protein per lb bodyweight, and Test Prop + D-bol + Mast SubQ. Always finish with dropsets.
