Got blood results today. Will try to keep this brief.

Base readings before cycle said 12.1 nmol/l test. Average for an 80 year old man. Didn't get E2 checked though.

Results today were 43.4 nmol/l. Good, but apparently not amazing for someone on 600mg Test E per week.

E2 levels have been described on various forums as "insane" - 670 pmol/l.

I am taking Adex. Started on .5mg per day. Quickly felt LOW estrogen sides though, so knocked it down to .5mg e3d.

So while I've not got any high E2 sides, I'm being told that my levels are far, far too high.

Major question is whether I hyper-metabolise estrogen, and always have done. This would explain low test levels even before cycle, and years of symptoms like low muscle tone, poor appetite, panic attacks/anxiety, etc.

If I do, I'm not sure how to proceed. Being on gear has literally changed my life for the better, so don't want to just stop.

Can I get this in check by just upping my Adex dose? 2mg spread over a week has been suggested. But will this still cause issues with my test levels being low given how much gear I'm on?
