after many years of regular workout and no fatloss i finally realized that my problem was food. so then i cut down on food and i am losing fat. i cut the amount of food slowly becuase if i do it too fast i get a cold. so my body has to get used to it. i also want to make slow changes because i want to keep these changes for life. i don't want to go back to old habits and gain weight again. i once did an extreme diet and lost weight but gained it all back when the diet was over. i ate cabbage soup for two weeks and it was not fun.
Now i eat everything i used to eat before but smaller portions. it works.
i don't weigh myself. i just look at myself in the mirror from the side. the only progress i am interested in is my belly getting smaller. it is getting smaller but slowly. and so does the rest of me. i get the feeling that once my belly is gone i will look like a long distance runner. i have accepted this. when my belly is flat i will start bulking.
