Hi my fit dudes, have been working out for about a year but decided that i could squeeze out a bit more strength from linear full body workouts.
so, i started doing SL5x5 a month ago or so and now come it be summer break i wondered if its alright to just train 1x2x1x2x1x2x1x2x1x2 essentially training everyother day.

reason im asking is that the general consenseous is that 2-4x per week per muscle group (depending on size) is optimal for recovering, but here im effectively training some muscle groups (legs for example) more than 4 times a week, taken into account im training for 5 reps this would mean im around 85% of my 1rm, do you guys think my CNS would be able to recover from this?

TL;DR is full bodysplit every other day gonna wreck my CNS?

Provided that you eat a lot of food (a ton of carbs for recovery), enough sleep and your routine isn't too high in volume, you'll be fine.

i sleep a ton, basically 12 hours a day when i can.
my routine isnt super high in volume, as said, i do SL5x5 and at the end i do 3-4x10 chin ups, 3x10 laying kettlebell tricep extensions, 3x10 curls and 3x10 lat raises.
