Im recovered fatty near 240 lbs when i was 17, 174/24 now

I had massive snacking/overeating issue, which i have never fixed, but i just replaced all the shity garbage for low cal veggies+fruits. Im binging like ever before, yet eating little cal

is this dream land?

Pretty much i guess. After a while of changing my eating habits, I don't find shit food that appealing anymore even if I wasn't active. Except for ice cream or a good pizza.

i have same experience, cookies/shit/soda have no power over me.

I have a burger (not mcdonalds, quality burger place)/ pork knuckle from time to time and thats about it

The only garbage i keep showelling through my mouth is Beer and Dry Red Wine

Yeah alcohol can be problem. Literal gains goblin, I like a beer or a mixed drink at night, I hydrate like crazy everyday tho.
