I don't understand why people get plastic surgery before changing everything that can be changed. The dude in the pic is obviously fat, he should have lost the weight, evaluated what his appearance was like then, and only then he should have proceeded with the surgery if he was still not happy. Cosmetic surgery should be a last resort.
