You're lucky it's not glandular gyno. I had ye regular olde gyno with gland and fat. They removed both. I wish I had liposuction alone. Just tell em to be gentle, but thorough with the whole lipo thing. Sometimes they're really rough and that causes unnecessary bruising.
Tell them you want to continue exercising as soon as possible.

is it the same surgery they do for trannies? or is it just lipo? I don't have gyno so I've never had to research it

I just got my surgery this last saturday. The recovery is a pain but it is well worth it my friend.

Got it "fixed" 2 years ago. But i still got small, flat lumps of something under nipples. They feel like that used soap that is too small to wash with.
