Alright /fit/, give me the non-bullshit recommendation of how much salt per day a healthy adult male should eat.
bump for interest
>>41889123
10k grams
Half the stuff /fit/ asks about is stuff that takes literally 10 seconds to google and find an answer
>>41889897
Most of them already know the answer but they want "alternative answers." Meaning they don't like the truth and fish for lies and misinformation to believe.
Pretty much everyone doing the "how do I lose/gain weight" falls into this category.
>>41889123
1.5 - 2.3g at maximum
>>41889897
Of course I did a google search, but most of the stuff is "Your General Nolifts Generic Household Wisdom"-magazine crap.
Like the type of outlets that you just know also will let you think, that eating eggs increases cholesterol levels, or "you shouldn't squat heavy" and so on.
So, what's the non-bullshit version. 2 grams? Really? Alright.
