i will be fasting for 12 days and then a weekend to refill and repeat
what vitamins should I get?
And should I workout while doing it?
And if so should I focus on cardio or strength training?

Do not workout if you're doing a 12 day fast.
Get like 2 pills of a multivitamin a day and you're good. Get some minerals as well and lots and lots of water. Chew nocalorie gum as well, will make it easier.

In you case, since you won't be eating, you'll have to buy a supplement of minerals and vitamins (I guess you can find one that has everything you need) If you don't, buy a multivatimin and mineral supplement separetelly.
