hey /fit/, any lifters out there that have managed to maintain gains whilst still running long distance? (semi-regular marathons/half-marathons). Mostly have just lifted in the past but I've got my first marathon next week and I'm worried that if I keep running a lot regularly I'll become pic related.

maybe just stop running 10km every day

running 10 km a day isnt unhealthy its rather better than sitting everyday doing nothing but watching tv and playing videogames
Long distance running is shit.
400m is the best.

Are you guys kidding? Good definition in biceps, visible abs, literally nothing else is needed for looking good as long as his face is good.

Running is meme, when are you going to have to run a 10 IRL, when are you going to have to do a 500lb deadlift irl? Do a decent amount of cardio for health, and lift a decent amount of weight "405" for health.
