What does fit do on long plane flights?

i usually take off my shirt and flex the entire flight so that everybody knows that i lift

stretch really well beforehand. i never fly business so i'm usually the last to board so i just stretch in the terminal. i'm 6'1 so my legs can't stretch out in the seat ever so it's mostly touching my toes, stretching my hips, i'll also try to crack my back, loosen up my feet, ankles, etc. then after that take one last piss before i board. If I time the coffee right and watch how much fluids I'm taking in, I can make a 9hr flight without having to piss

I like to eat a pot brownie and have a mild panic attack mid-flight. It also helps me get some sleep.

Sleep and watch movies. Couple of times during the flight I walk around and do squats by the emergency exit to get the blood flowing to the legs.
