Sorry bro vegans here only rage about meat eaters they don't really know how to cook

Add meat, dairy and eggs to your meal.
The only good vegan protein sources I know that isn't tofu are quinoa, nuts, oats, mushrooms, etc.
So I eat meat. I eat chicken so I get 5HTP, tuna so I get omega 3 and eggs.for the cholesterol/taste/cheap protein.
Good luck going low carb while getting your protein on a vegan diet. Sorry bro.

Beans, legumes (chick peas for example), nuts, especially peanuts.

You can make enchilada casseroles without meat or dairy

>The only good vegan protein sources I know that isn't tofu are quinoa, nuts, oats, mushrooms, etc.
Quinoa and oats are mediocre and mushrooms are terrible for protein.
Seitan, tofu, tempeh, black/white/red/beans, chickpeas, green peas, lentils
>So I eat meat. I eat chicken so I get 5HTP
All plant foods contain tryptophan
>tuna so I get omega 3
Hemp, chia, flax seeds
>and eggs.for the cholesterol
Please be joking
>taste
Tofu scramble
>cheap protein.
Lentils, seitan, beans, chickpeas
>Good luck going low carb
Low carb is a meme
>low carb while getting your protein on a vegan diet
Seitan, tofu, nuts

Not him, I'm a vegetarian that only eats eggs because cholesterol. There are no vegan sources of it, and evidence seems to point to it raising testosterone levels. You don't believe dietary cholesterol = blood cholesterol, right?

What else would you include? What narrative do you think I have?

Come on, the link between dietary and serum cholesterol has been long proven. Give vegans eggs and their serum cholesterol skyrockets. Your body is very good at synthesizing it, I'd be way more worried about getting enough Vitamin D, which is very similar and can also act as a base material for testosterone. There are some studies with vegans having higher test levels.

By the way, even if you disregard/distrust my linked studies, why eat eggs? You said (implied) that dietary cholesterol ≠ blood cholesterol. So, why eat eggs if the cholesterol won't go to your blood for testosterone gains?

It omits the most usual cuts of beef and chicken to cherrypick the ones with the least fat, which in my experience are at least twice the price they are presented as.
It also greatly misrepresents plant protein price. For example, it has chickpeas at 25g/£. Chickpeas have 25g protein/100g, so this implies that chickpeas cost 10£/kg. That's ridiculous.
It also doesn't factor in kcal/£, which is a more honest metric of how price efficient Vs filling a meal is. You wouldn't eat just tuna, you would eat just baked beans.
I could go on but my bean stew will get cold

Just put pumpkin seed everywhere. Shit has 34 g of protons.

also to use circles for portion size dishonest as you can hide a large numerical increase in a tiny radius increase. you know 4x area for 2x the radius
