Where do I even start? I'm well over 300lbs I'm 6 foot. I havent worked out in well over a year. I have access to a lap pool and a multi purpose weight bench. Been an alcoholic for about 9 years. I'm tired all the time and ready to give it my all. I'm mostly worried about system shock. How would you recommend starting out. I used to be really into fitness before I started drinking. I need to do this because I feel like shit all the time. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Start by accepting your fat and loving your curves
I was thinking by starting in the pool. I could walk around it for a while and then maybe try. Few laps
the first thing you should do is to quit drinking. you won't get fit as an alcoholic because you'll give into cravings much faster, plus liquor is a calorie bomb.

Diet first, running would probably only hurt you at your current weight. Swimming is great if you have access to a pool. Diet come first however. You should diet down to about 250 and then start doing some lifting while dieting. Calculate your TDEE and then subtract 500-800 calories for your diet. Remember to eat plenty of protein
>stop drinking
>count calories
>go to sleep on time
>swim
>follow a mild weight training regiment
>don't fall for the cardio meme
