its been almost 2 years since I've been red pilled. This is actually the only red pill out there that makes sense and has a huge impact on everything around us humans.
I watched it and yeah it's probably mostly accurate, it's just unfortunate that it's tinged with a bit of vegan bias.
It's literally the same set up as Cowspiracy, pretending to create this persona of some unknowing everyman who just happened to stumble upon the 'truth' regarding food (Cowspiracy was environmentalism) in which veganism is the answer. Just makes me wonder how cherry picked the science is when it's clear that the director has an agenda.
Having said that, it makes sense that the vast majority of meals people eat should be unprocessed plant based whole foods. I've significantly cut out meat from my diet (maybe once or twice a week) but I don't feel then need to go full vegan. When it comes to eating meat I think there is a middle ground, just eat it in moderation and not every day.

agreed. i have just sort of stopped eating meat over the last week and am feeling significantly better. i most likely wont stop eating dairy but i eill reduce the ammount i do significantly to the point i won't miss it at all. this is all coming from a career butcher lol

It's crazy how much it puts into perspective even if as anon above said it has vegan bias
