So I've lost about 20 lbs in the last 3 months. Trouble is, I was already pretty skinny and now I weigh 130 lbs (5'11''). I've skipped eating some days. Sleep cycle is a mess, stay up for days and then crash for about a full day. Wanna focus on gaining weight and building muscle now, because that shit's unhealthy.
