Leg DOMS I found the fix :"rolling" your muscles with foam roller, tennis ball, whatever is there, and most importantly, 10 mn low intensity cycling. And I mean really low intensity, low enough to cool of and stop sweating while cycling. This ended leg DOMS for me.
But I just started adding glute bridges to my leg/lower body routine, and holy fuck am I sore. Feels like walking around with two balls of lead strapped to my back. Picking up something on the floor is the worst. Everything I drop while having these DOMS is lost forever.
Anyone has a good fix for those?
go for a run, it breaks up the lactic acid
