I'm relatively new to lifting and just got a gym membership today. I have a few questions that I'd like your personal opinions on if you'd be so kind.
>How long before my muscles stop shaking during the workout?
>Note: this only happened on squats and skull crushers but it was slightly embarrassing
>What kind of shit so you throw in your smoothies?
>Protein powder recommendations?
