Hey so i'm 178cm, 85kg, 20-25% bodyfat.
My goals are to lose weight and get to 75kg and look lean.
I am calorie counting and eating around 1500calories a day.
This is my diet everyday:
Breakfast:
100grams diced beef
120gram chicken breast
Cheeder cheese slice
Coffee
1 multivitamin tablet
1 Fish oil capsule
Lunch:
100grams diced beef
120gram chicken breast
100gram greek yogurt
Dinner:
100grams diced beef
120gram chicken breast
100grams heated frozen vegetables
1 fish oil capsule
Excercise:
Stronglifts 5X5
30 min Uphill treadmill walk
Can you guys give me if i am doing this right? Any advice is appreciated.

i have same height, weight 88 kg at 15-20% bf. i look dyel as fuck even though my abs are showing . You are going to look like a skelly at 75, my advice would be for you to bulk until around 95kg then cut down to 82-85. This is pretty much what I'm going to do.
Currently proficient on Symmetric Strength once i get advanced/exceptional lifts I'll do the cut for ultimate aesthetics.
