So I made a lot of research about the fastest (but still safe) way to lose weight. Hear me out.

Keto:you already know about it.

Alternate day fasting makes you fast at least 24 hours between two "normal" days. Some people eats 500kcals, but it's not mandatory and I will go for the 0kcal road. Also, keep in mind you can still do ADF and eat everyday, like:
>Monday lunch, 30 hours fast, Tuesday dinner, Wednesday normal, Thursday lunch, 30 hours fast, Friday dinner (...)

You can also go a little hardcore if you get to this point easily, like :
>Monday lunch, 30 hours fast, Tuesday dinner, Wednesday lunch, 30 hours fast, Thursday dinner, Friday lunch, 30 hours fast, Saturday dinner (...)

Or even harder
>Monday lunch, 30 hours fast, tuesday dinner, 30hours fast, Thursday lunch, 30 hours fast, Friday dinner, 30 hours fast (...)

You can also tune the hours of fasting to your feelings and needs. Hell, you can fast to 2 or 3 days if it's your thing. It's not mine, tho.

All this, you eat keto so your body is shifted to use fat from food when not fasting and from yourself when fasting.

Exercise would be incline cardio and weights.

What do you think, does it sounds good/optimal? Please don't suggest me the usual 500 kcal deficit, I have just 25 lbs to lose but even so it takes forever. I want to do something radical and be over with it.

It's thermodynamics, actually. Keto is only worthwhile as a diet in theory to get to single digit bodyfat while preserving lean mass because the body decreases its rate of gluconeogenesis (which utilizes muscle protein) while in a ketogenic state. However, to my knowledge there haven't been any large studies showing this preservation to be true in practice, which I would attribute to a similar body state in ketosis to metabolic acidosis in which the body's pH is elevated from increased ketone body concentration in the blood, which in metabolic acidosis and similar conditions leads to muscle wasting.

All in all keto is probably a meme and may harm your kidneys if you stay on it too long.
