That doesn't make sense? I get that he's very lean, but carrying around that kind of mass, he must still be eating at least 4500kcals a day right? And do you mean lbs or kg? what did the rest of his workout involve?

It's Big Papa P! He's YOKED! He got there by injecting lots and lots of test, tren, clen, dbol, anavar, xbox, eggs, and skittles! He also deadlifts 1 ton for reps!
