Ausfag here, I refuse to spend more than $10/day so I cook a lot. You are doing fine for your income, could always save more by having more powder and milk and going to fruit markets for specials.
I'd say Instead of doing prime steaks all the time consider cutting up and grilling your own $10/kg chuck steak burgers which can taste just as good with spices.
Beef wilts down to 2/3rds the weight anyway when it cooks so that steak is really $12 for ~50g of protein - 10x the cost of protein powder.
Also learn to spatchcock whole chicken and slow roast it with Portuguese/Moroccan spices, it's $3/kg and you don't have to eat the skin - you can easily make it better than the rotisserie chickens.

$3.69 daily? Aldi is based. Glad I live a few km away from one

I spent a month once eating 1x whole Woolworths BBQ chicken per day ($7-8) without stuffing and absolutely nothing else.
Took a multi, a fibre (Metamucil) and an iron supplement too.
Total food bill was under $250 for the month. Macros were great, sat in a deficit and ketosis all month.

this.
I usually cook a weeks worth of rice, lentils/beans, and then grab meat from place that has it on sale. usually eat for 2-4 dollars a day. Its the convenient shit that really gets you also meat is expensive as shit I don't eat it every day so that helps too. I think the most expensive thing per quantity I buy is bulk coffee at 6$ a pound.

Must be catching the salmon yourself asshole

That's dedication, though I can't go back to living without extra spices anymore. I always used to worry I would get a bland BBQ chicken with a dry breast (from coles), that was my main motivation to learn to cook it myself. That said the roast beef there is usually always succulent and on slow nights they mark it down from $15 to $3!

Fuck you
