White Fish Fillets like Tilapia or Basa
- Place on oven tray
- Season with salt, pepper, olive oil, garlic, ginger and chilli
- Thin lemon slices on top
- 25-35 mins at 200 degrees celsius
Cook in bulk and freeze individual fillets, roughly 250g each
Tastes good, macros & micros god tier, price: low enough for a uni student to afford to eat for two meals a day

I like this recipe for no bake protein bars. Some changes I've made is using whole milk or water in place of their stuff. If you use water you don't have to refrigerate it but the bottoms will get a little mushy if you dont finish the batch in a week.
Great so far, more please? Interested in any and everything; would love to see some meatloaf recipes.
I have a few.

It's a shame that quality threads like this almost always only have <50 replies while bait or r9k tier threads will reach bump limit in no time.
Best Protein Fluff/Ice Cream Recipe
150g frozen berries of your choice
100g protein powder
50g milk
Put it all in a bowl and mix it well.
With ON whey, rasperries and skim milk per 100g
152 calories
23g protons
9.6g carbs
1.3g fat
And it really tastes like fruity ice cream. It's great.
>>41890598
>100g protein powder + 50ml milk
>only 23g protons
Your math isn't right.
Has anyone ever tried turning neutral tasting protein powder into a cream sauce or something. It'd be pretty cool to have some good tasting sauce you can put on your pasta or rice that's actually rich in protein instead of fat.
>>41890625
fuck, I mixed those 2 up

It's 50g protein powder and 100ml milk

This one always rustled my jimmies. Peas aren't a vegetable. They're definitely not a substitute for spinach or broccoli either. They're a legume and belong with the beans.
>>41884206
Marginally better for you than tendies.
>>41888361
It's called poached. Poaching temperature is normally 180F, use a thermometer. If you actually boil it you'll be grossed out by the results.

Correct poaching temperature can be judged by observing the water. 1-3 bubbles=good, mass of bubbles=bad
Bump for hungry skelly. I need more food ideas like this, what a good thread

>>41884206
Just eat peanut butter, meats, eggs, chicken, pasta, and rice. I only like this stuff anyways. I'm disgusted by foods like pizza and sweets. Cannot physically swallow soda because it tastes so bad that I gag. Have only ever drank water and milk (and some hard liquor @ bars)/

Do it. I make a batch of it (which is about 5 cups) and eat it as a side because it's tasty and goes well with most food I eat. If you want more calories use more oil.
>>41886737
Can confirm these are amazing

Ty. I am planning on freezing them in portions so i can eat it the whole week. Would it stil taste good?

I guess you could save your tears from cutting the onion but I put a thumbtack on the level of a mousetrap and set it off with my left nut. Usually does at least 1 minute

Is it unhealthy for me if I eat almost the same stuff everyday?
Recently I've been eating chicken breast, either broccoli or spinach, beans, eggs, maybe paprica for lunch every day. For breakfast cooked oats with banana, also everyday.
For evening low fat curd with either banana or orange.
pls respond
>>41886737
