I'm training to join the military and could reasonably stand to lose 25 pounds of jiggly fat. I'm experiencing back aches when running. Mostly lower but sometimes mid to upper bacl.
Honestly, it's what kills my run. It forces me to stop before I get winded.
Any ideas on how to help this? Will it go away when I lose weight?
Boot camp and while in the military, you are going to wear 80+lbs of gear and armor plating. Good luck with that.

follow the lifts and excercise in the sticky. Stop eating junk food, and eat less food in general. Stop drinking pop.
Your back pain is from your posture. Sit upright, dont lean forward, and walk with your shoulders pinched back together.
This is the only way to fix the problems you have describe. There are no shortcuts.
Did you ever notice how the guys on grindr who talk about how they're in the military are just using the uniform as a veil of masculinity to disguise their physical shortcomings?

Signing your contract doesnt mean shit until you're on the bus on the way to boot camp
