How do I cope with /fit/ shits

Do any of you also suffer from healthy /fit/ shits?
Is there a way I can bring it down to twice a day or if possible once a day?
Is it even healthy for the human body to shit this often, like is that what a normal human body is supposed to do?
I just want to have to stop using public stalls and taking a messy shit that I can't wipe away, is there some specific product or brand of cleaning wipes that I could use?

Your body will adjust eventually. Happened to me anon. If it persistant check your fibre intake or see if any particular foods are causing this problem for you.

Usually shit 1-2 a day, but solid and clean now (3.5k Cals ATM).

Bread and (oddly) brown rice are the worst offenders for me.

I suffer from IBS quite badly, so wholemeal and 'healthy' carbs give me some of the worst cramps and shits ever. Starchy carbs like white rice, white pasta, spaghetti agree with me more but I still have problems. My carbs almost exclusively come from fruits and potatoes and never had any problems since. Others I spoke to with similar problems had the same positive effect when changing. Usually these bladder / digestion problems can be resolved with changes in diet - nobody is the same, and just because so many guys swear on the brown rice / wholemeal shit doesn't mean it will work for you.
