There's a fine line between doing that and getting yuge and doing that and getting fat
Doing PPL (basically brosplit where everything is worked twice a week) around 30-35 sets total each day. It mixes strength, hypertrophy, and endurance so sets of 5, 8-12, and 15-20.
I usually eat around ~3000 calories and have maintained being a skinny. All clean food not even memeing; the most impure thing I have is chewing gum to stop me from smoking.
Should I change anything after hopping on aside from calorie intake?
