Hello fit,
Ive been on a calorie deficit for quite a while now and am finally at a weight I'm comfortable with. If I stop the deficit but instead start eating to my maintenance calories, will my weight/body composition change at all or will I simply stay the same?
The reason I ask is because I have now got abdominal definition but I'm worried this would change if I started eating a bit more
