Are Core workouts a myth? Do I need to work my core for them

Always train your fucking core. If you want it to look good you need to train it, and if you just want to increase your big 3 then you still need to fucking train it. I think its like biceps or arms. If you have low bodyfat, yea you will see the muscles. However if you never trained them, your abs won't be popping as much.
The difference is, training your abs too much, and they will look like shit compared to your chest, shoulders and lats. So make sure its proportional, and don't accidentally destroy your vtaper in search of a six pack
