bumping
Well, almost every exercise somehow utilizes your spine, but correct form will keep your okay. Just don't fuck up your form and you should be fine.

thx for your reply anon, have some tits

Don't do deadlifts/squats while you have a disc bulging like that and don't know why.

Lifting will help your problem if you do it properly and take steroids and wear supportive equipment.

I say those 2 specific to the area that your disc is bulging, don't do things that put your lower back in to hyper extension
kinda related with the thread so why not
How the fuck do I hanging leg raises without hitting my lower back and focusing on my core?
Just as >>41881934 said, mind your form and do A LOT of core accessories

how do u know u have a bulging disc?

pain, limited range of motion, can't lift.
if you can't bend backwards or forwards or to the sides properly without pain, or feeling like something is going to SNAP. the disc can herniate in any direction. some bulge out the back, while some can bulge out the front.

Take this as you will, but I started lifting 3 yrs after I full on herniated a disc (which you do NOT want). I was terrified I would re-injure myself but literally after a month of lifting 80% of my spine discomfort was gone.
I would say make sure your form is correct, start with low weight, and ease off any time you sense discomfort. Don't feel bad if it takes longer just listen to what your body tells you.
If you don't have a chiropractor, masseuse, or acupuncturist, get one or all 3. And stretch, stretch, stretch to open that shit up. Godspeed anon.
