Don't you guys get tired of eating nothing but chicken, cottage cheese and eggs? How do I add some variety to my diet?
Seasonings, condiments. Different vegetables.
IIFYM some "bad" foods in there too, its not too hard.

Salmon, tuna (in can for protein, whole filet for omega fats), catfish, tilapia (for protein) and trout (protein and fats)
