Is heavy incline bench enough to get big triceps /fit/?

No, it isn't. I did this, and my triceps haven't grown an inch. You need to do exercises that stretches the tricep to hit the long head. I did 5kg incline dumbbells triceps extension, and my long head have never been this sore.

Incline put a better stretch on the tricep than standing. Dumbbells is easier on the elbows, and doesn't hit the bench. The only goal is to stretch the tricep as much as possible. So if you can find a better exercise, then do it.

Well the thing about exercises are people are different, for some a close grip feels great, for others it doesn't hit as well. And while I'll not argue your exercises are great for triceps, I was giving him a bench exercise that would be better if he wanted to continue with bench exercises.
