Hi /fit/. Like two weeks back I got some weird pain between my right forearm and bicep in the tendon. I took time off to allow it to heal a bit, I know tendons can take a while.
I went back today and unfortunately it's still not a hundred percent. I did shoulders and legs to not put the strain on it, but between exercises when I was moving the weights around I could feel it was still funky.
Anyway I just got home and right now it feels fine. I don't wanna take anymore time off gym I hate that shit. I'm wondering if it's possible that maybe I can keep working out, and find that working out actually improves the tendon and helps it recover. You ever experienced or heard anything like that? Thanks.
No it absolutely cannot help make it better.
If it gets better while still training, it will absolutely be in spite of training, not because of it.
Warm up for longer. Avoid working out in the morning if possible, avoid exercises that cause it to flare up. You can still hit the gym, just tailor your workouts around it rather than just trying to push through it.
