Trouble Gaining Weight

I'm naturally an ectomorph who's been having a lot of trouble gaining weight! I try to eat until I feel sick and then eat more but I still haven't been gaining weight. Here's what my daily diet is like:

Wake up:
Banana & Granola Bar, pre workout

(Work out)

Breakfast:
Sweet Potato & 3 eggs
Protein shake (w 2 scoops of whey protein and 2 cups of milk)

(Go to work)

Lunch:
Tupperwear of chicken and some green vegetable (broccoli or kale) and more sweet potato

Snack:
Milk
Almonds
Protein Bar

Dinner:
2 turkey burgers and green vegetable (broccoli or kale)

Snack:
Milk, Almonds, Greek yogurt

I drink about half a gallon of milk every day (working my way up to GOMAD status)

I calculated the total calories to range from 3000-3200.
I'm 6'1 and 163 lbs and want to put on at least 10 pounds.
I'm suggested to eat around 6700 calories but right now I feel as if I'm over eating.
Any way for me to sneak MORE food in? I know milk, protein shakes and sweet potatoes are good, calorie & nutrient dense foods, but I feel sick whenever I eat because I feel like I'm over eating every time.

shit whats with all those carbs? are you running a marathon? cut out the sweet potatos and the granola. if your doing GOMAD ontop of eating a normal healthy diet, you'll have enough carbs. if you eat carbs in excess thats where you'll be gaining all your fat from.

stop drinking half and drink a full gallon and keep everything else and you'll be set

Somatotypes aren't real. The more you think you're an "ectomorph" the more you pigeonhole yourself into the mindset that gaining weight is difficult. For more calories you can add peanut butter to your shakes and also more nuts too (either eating them straight or adding them to other foods you eat)

I was a skeleton, but I found drinking beers really helps gain weight (in addition to eating as much food as possible). Just remember to focus on ab workouts too because you don't want that /beer belly/.

put peanut butter in your shakes
since you didnt give any meassurements of your meals i guess you think 100g chicken + 100g potatoes are a "big and fulfilling" meal

I am 5'10'' 157lbs and i eat 3k+ every day so you should uptake a little more on that... you should try pasta also you can add olive oil (don't overdo it) to some extra calories, oats, rice, beans... what's your workout routine?

The issue is I'm not even gaining fat. I'm eating the carbs to give me some sort of caloric intake to suppliment all of the protein I'm getting & to facilitate gains. My body is remaining at the same weight that its been for the last year.

sweet potatoes have 80kcal per 100g a realy big one is about 300g thats clearly not much. dont get me wrong they are good and delicious but try pasta instead 100g 400kcal i think you can just not eat the volume of "clean food" necessary in a bulk.
you can also add heavy creame to your shakes take a spoon olive oil and put that on your meat after cooking it more nuts.

thats actually hard i never have problems eating 6k+ i am more they guy how the fuck do i only eat 2k?
