So I had to stop going to the gym for about 20 days and in those days I didn't really care what I ate and how much protein I took, work fucked me up. I started again last week.

I have kept about 90% of my strength for every group except my biceps and I kept 75-80% of my strength for my biceps.
I was thinking that I should keep bulking till it's 1 whole year. Then start to cut.
Bu is a minicut necessary(like 2 weeks)? What do you think?
depends on how much fat you have imo. If you're that worried just recomp, 300-400 kcal surplus on lifting days, 100-200 kcal under maintenance on non lifting days.
