Today is the last day of my bulking cycle. I will begin cutting tomorrow. What are some good foods that will help me achieve 200g protein a day that aren't egg whites, cheese, chicken, lean beef etc? I will be eating roughly 2200 calories a day and will be implementing cardio into the mix.
