my leg started shaking during OHP
i could kind of land it on the safety's while i started collapsing to the ground.
on the ground my leg shaked for 5 more seconds before stopping. afterwards it was like nothing happened.
so
wtf happened?
>>41877469
not sure, but it sounds like cancer
Standing OHP naturally engages your core and legs for stability while lifting - it's completely normal.
>>41877469
Really weak legs or nervous shit going wrong. Was it painful?
>>41877499
no
it was a 58,5kg ohp lift
and i deadlift 3 plates
>>41877469
Could be dehydration. If your nerves lack K+, Na+, or Ca+ they can spaz out like that. Also, maybe you overworked your leg somehow.
>>41877469
make sure you're getting your ions. done seize because you didnt hydrate and ion up
>>41877856
Have u ever ohp'd before, your deadlift has nothing to do with it
>>41879707
YES
last week i ohped 57,5x5
so now i went for 58,5x5

i drink mostly wtaer. what food contains ions?
Literally shaking.
>>41877469
thats your survival insrinct kicking in, the brain thinks thats too heavy/dangerous what you are doing and tells your legs to run away
