Why bother with creatine if you dont lift? Just get your creatine from your protein source because that is all you need.

Bump for personal reasons. 5 years lifter here, being more serious this last 18 months. Just ordered my first bottle of creatine and reading some about it, what am I in for? Do I have to cicle it like 2-3 weeks in 1 out? Welp.

Why don't you go to examine.com and read about it? You don't cycle it, do you even know what it is?
5g/day every day, you can load for 5-7 days with 20g/day and then maintain 5g/day but it's not necessary, remember to drink lots of water because some water will go to your muscles and it may dehydrate you.
