Recently was given my brothers barbell (6ft 15kg but w/e) and just over 200kg of plates. Don't have a rack/bench and can't really afford one for the foreseeable future but would like to get back into lifting. You guys any ideas for a beginner routine with no rack?

I do SS, switched squats for hack squats and bench for floor press. I press 70x2 kilos, floor press 105x2, hack squat 110x5 and deadlift 140x1 (those r the maxes i remember).

3x5 ohp mon/wed/fri (power clean weight up)
alternate 1x5 deadlift/3x5 front squat (power clean again)
Alternate 3x5 bent over rows/3x5 chip ups (if you have somewhere you can do them)
2x8-12 close grip barbell curls mom/wed/fri
Not great but I'm pretty sure everything but your pecs would be hit reasonably well, but who needs a chest anyway?
