I drink soy milk since it is cheaper than almond milk

A little concerned about phyoestrogens but I guess it evens out when you consider hormones present in dairy milk

Soy milk is superior in everyway though, not to mention cheaper.
As long as you aren't drinking like 1 gallon or more a day you won't get any feminizing effects either.

Where I live it's like four times more expensive than normal cow milk. And it's obviously less nutritious.

It tastes great, but it's an unnecessary luxury.

use it for cooking, not for general consumption, otherwise it's too expensive
