This, it's a great food, but I blame a great deal of obesity to muesli. Cereals are always marketed as "healthy" and diet friendly (see Special K) while they are extremely caloric foods. Sure they are healthy but they're not friendly to fatties and you should be specially wary of the amounts you're consuming to not overbulk.
