Questions and discussions about deloading. I am dyel fat fuck and started my journey 3 months ago. I have been doing 6 hypertrophy workouts a week. For the past month my strength has stopped increasing on all of my lifts, i was thinking that my newbie gainz have stopped but now after learning about deloading Im not so sure. Am I at risk of overtraining if I dont deload soon or am I wrong?
