I think I am starting to develop Cupital Tunnel Syndrome /fit/. It is basically the same thing as Carpal Tunnel but with my pinky and ring finger. I'm terrified of losing my grip strength and not being able to workout if I need surgery. I've only felt it for about 2 weeks and I'm quitting the job that gave me it (leaning elbow on desk, and answering phones all day). Any advice guys? Injury thread while we are at it

Look up BPC 157, a healing peptide.

P-5-P Tablets | 50mg | Pyridoxal 5' Phosphate, Co-enzyme form of Vitamin B6 P5P

Search for them on your local ebay/amazon. Hopefully they help. Google if you want to know how/why etc.

>pinky and ring finger
That's ulnar nerve entrapment. You don't have carpal tunnel, and you won't need surgergy.

Carpal tunnel mainly affects the thumb, index, and middle finger, with some very minor affect on the ring and pinky.

Ulnar nerve entrapment is solely restricted to ring finger and pinky.

Ulnar nerve entrapment can happen in a number of areas, however, the most common point of impingement is in the cubital tunnel. Another possible location is where the brachial plexus enters the arm (via the armpit).

In your case it sounds like it's caused by compression in, or around, the cubital tunnel. A positive tinel's sign can confirm this. (look for youtube videos for cubital tinel's sign).

You'll be able to fix it with regular stretching and remedial massage. Apply heat regularly to neck, shoulder, lats (on affected side), tris, and forearms, and stretch immediately afterwards.

>sauce: I'm a remedial therapist that suffered the same thing as you for 12 months

I sometimes get numb in my ringfinger and pinky, mostly while sleeping. Is that related to this?
