I've never used this brand, but I've had phenibut in my stack since last april. This shit literally cures autism. Imagine being drunk without the inebriation. Phenibut is basically legal russian xanax that you buy in bulk powder form for dirt cheap. It's generally safe as long as you don't dose more than three times a week and don't go over 2g in one day. It's great for going out on weekends where you plan on not drinking, or for situations like job interviews because it's basically a +10 to your charisma.

Used it 2 times this week, 1000mgs.

I've been on Xanax and Clonazpem for a couple of months for anxiety issues... had pretty acute withdrawals with terrible joint pain... asked my Dr and searched around the webz and it seems to be pretty prevalent.

Anyway, why do you want to use a Xanax equivalent for lifting.. these meds make you tierd and weak as fuck.
