Hey fit, framelet here. I have incredibly small wrists, forearms, calves, etc. my proportions look good, and when I'm looking at a mirror alone, I look great. When I'm next to someone else, however, I can tell how tiny I am. How much can my frame improve through lifting. How much of a limitation will this pose for lifting? I'm certain that there's no way that I could reach the same potential as someone with huge wrists.

Why exactly do so many young men have underdeveloped frames? Especially underdeveloped wrist seem highly apparent.
Dat you chestbrah?

I can't speak for anyone else, but personally I think it's a combination of genetics and not eating enough while I was growing, although I don't know if there's anything to back that up

It just seems to be more and more prevalent.
I have small wrists for my frame too and it is somewhat "wrong" compared to other factors, such as ribcage, shoulder width, elbows, ankles and knees...
I have wide shoulders. Tiny wrists and ankles. Look dyel with clothes on, despite being around 75 kilos, visible abs. I mean I should look at least average at that weight and muscle mass. Not too tall either, around 1.8m, being a framelet is balls
