Does creatine work?

It certainly "works" but it just puts too much strain on the kidneys.
I have started to see a few younger guys (25-35) come in for appointments who have abnormal kidney readings for their age who have all told me they have been using creatine for extended periods of time.
My advice would be to skip it just to save some strain on your kidneys. Probably not worth it

If you're not taking 10 scoops you're fine, puts a few extra reps in the tank and makes whatever you workout look even bigger for an hour or so.

Yes but it made me bloated as fuck. Dropped it a week before starting my cut and looked like my BF dropped 2-3% in like 5 days.
It works great, fills your muscles up with water and you notice a size difference. You also lose hair though.. i haven't used it for months now and now finally i am growing my hair back.
Fuck that shit.
