I want to see Bess Kalb take a big black cock in her pussy. I would literally pay upwards of $1000 for a video/scene of her tiny pussy getting ripped open by a humongous 12 inch black dick. I want to hold her hand while she moans "sweetie" or "honey" "I'm so getting pregnant from this" as she takes a full load from a muscular black man. Ughhhh hnggggg oh emm gee I want this so bad please make this happen Bess!

It's one of the few supplements that have been proven to give results, some people don't react to it, others do. It's all preference. If you want to raise endurance and be able to lift heavier I'd take it

I've never blown bigger loads in my life before starting this. Take these daily while staying hydrated and you'll get results. Warning: Cut the zinc tablets into halves or quarters. I do quarters. When I started I took an entire zinc tablet and I went through the most excruciating stomach pains I've ever experienced.

You guys are doing fine. Vitamin D is a semi-meme but there's really no negatives to taking it so if you think you're getting any benefit at all there's no reason to stop
To everyone taking men's 1 a day multivitamins. Check to make sure they don't have saw palmetto in them.
Saw palmetto is marketed either as a test booster or baldness cure but essentially what it does is prevent your body converting test to DHT (a much stronger androgren). So yeah, it'll make your test levels go up but only by reducing the overall levels of androgrens in your body. That's why old men take it to stop prostate growth and reduce male pattern baldness.

You probably won't notice any benefits but it's good for your heart. Raises the levels of good cholesterol which reduces your riisk of heart attack now and in the future.
Somewhat compelling evidence that it's also good for depression and mental wellbeing.

Nah, the evidence re. heart disease is perfectly solid and the evidence re. depression is pretty good. The meme evidence is things like DOMS, joint health and cancer. As a doc I recommend it to most of my patients.
>>41873088
Not a lot of vitamins and minerals in fruits & vegetables anymore.

Now your only option is take pills from an unregulated industry known for making false claims, which manufactures its pills from industrial waste byproducts.

Yeah. I mean, it's probably present in too small a dose to have any effect either way (same as all those herbal extracts and supplements they throw into multivitamins) and we're not even completely sure it does anything at all (again, same as most of the herbal extracts and other shit).
But if the proposed theory of how saw palmetto works is correct then yes, no one on /fit/ should be taking it.
https://www.drugs.com/npp/saw-palmetto.html
>The leading hypothesis involves the inhibition of testosterone 5-alpha reductase, an enzyme that converts testosterone to 5-alpha-dihydrotestosterone in the prostate. Hexane extracts of saw palmetto inhibited the enzyme from human foreskin fibroblasts
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dihydrotestosterone
>Relative to testosterone, DHT is considerably more potent as an agonist of the androgen receptor (AR).
