What do i focus on /fit/?

6', 170lbs

I hit 205 DL at the end of a progressive load set the other night; I have knee/wrist/neck issues so I dont lift heavy but im at this point where i want to gain mass so im slowly adding more weight and volume to my workouts. Im also trying my best to eat like a pig.

Can you help me out, guys? Started SS in november, made decent strength gains. Then broke my ribs in an accident. 8 weeks ago, I started lifting again. Gf wanted to come with me. She doesn't want to train separately, so she wants to do the same routine. Can't do SS anymore, she can't DL or Skwat because back surgery. I'm a little bit stronger than when I stopped doing SS, but not making important progress, afraid I'm overtraining on a PPL that I put together without much knowledge. What routine should I do? Bench Press: 5x82,5kg

Power clean: 3x80kg
Chin ups: 5 times with 10kg added
